Optima WFM announces strategic partnership with Teleopti

Optima WFM, a provider of managed workforce management services today announced their strategic partnership with Teleopti, a leading provider of solutions for workforce management.

Optima will be using Teleopti’s Workforce Management (WFM) software to provide managed WFM services to both in-house and outsourced contact centres both onshore and offshore[LL2] throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
