Optima WFM announces Singapore Expansion

Optima WFM, a specialist provider of technology-driven workforce management services today announced board approval for incorporating a subsidiary in the Republic of Singapore.

Driven by client demand, Optima WFM sees a need for a stronger presence in Asia. The Singapore office will allow local billing of clients and local deployment of consultants to serve client needs on-site.

Optima Pte Ltd will be registered by the end of the year with a local board and relationships in Singapore itself.

Optima WFM announces Australian Subsidiary Office

Optima WFM, a specialist provider of technology-driven workforce management services today announced the successful registration of Optima Pty Ltd and establishment of banking services with Australia’s Westpac bank.

Even though the founders of Optima WFM are Australians, clients and partners in Australia and New Zealand previously had to contract with the nearest office which is in Hong Kong. The Australian office (in Sydney) will provide valuable services on a local basis to Optima WFM’s foundation client base.

Optima WFM announces strategic partnership with Teleopti

Optima WFM, a specialist provider of technology-driven workforce management services today announced their strategic partnership with Teleopti, a leading provider of solutions for workforce management.

Optima will be using Teleopti’s Workforce Management (WFM) software to provide managed WFM services to both in-house and outsourced contact centres both onshore and offshore throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
