Teleworking Just Became Viable
Teleworking has had a boost recently and some of that growth is here to stay. Social distancing is required in offices and customer contact facilities which will mean some agents will have to work at home some days. Even after the need for social distancing, employees and employers are both beginning to see the benefits of telecommuting for all involved. Better work-life balance, lower costs for both employer and employee, increased productivity, and a more positive/engaged workforce.
